Overview
The Embassy of Mongolia in London represents Mongolia to the United Kingdom. The UK and Mongolia have maintained diplomatic relations since 1963, and cooperation has deepened in areas including mining (Rio Tinto's Oyu Tolgoi copper-gold project is one of the world's largest), education (Chevening scholarships), and defence. The embassy handles consular services for Mongolian nationals and visa processing for UK residents travelling to Mongolia.
